Service

WorryJar is a personal reflection app for writing, recording, containing, revisiting, translating, and resolving worries.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WorryJar. If local law requires a higher age, that higher age applies.

Your Content

You own the worries and reflections you enter. You are responsible for the content you save in the app and for keeping your device secure.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse WorryJar, interfere with the app, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it to violate anyone's rights.

Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Purchases are billed by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies.

Third-Party Services

WorryJar may use Apple services and RevenueCat for features such as payments, subscription status, speech recognition, translation, and notifications. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Wellness Disclaimer

WorryJar is for self-reflection and general wellness. It is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, crisis support, or emergency service. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services immediately.

No Warranty

WorryJar is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific personal outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of WorryJar.

Changes

We may update these terms as WorryJar changes. The latest version will appear on this page with a new update date.
